Scale
Jello Layers
- 2 packages (3 oz each) raspberry-flavored Jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups cold water
Pudding Layer
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
Toppings
- 1 cup whipped cream (homemade or store-bought)
- Fresh raspberries (for garnish)
- Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Make the Jello Layers: In a large mixing bowl, dissolve 1 package of raspberry Jello in 1 cup boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved. Add 1 cup cold water and stir again. Pour a small amount into the bottom of each serving glass to form the first layer, filling about one-quarter of the glass. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.
- Prepare the Pudding: Whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix with 2 cups cold milk for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes to allow it to set further.
- Layer the Pudding: After the first Jello layer is set, spoon the vanilla pudding into each glass to fill approximately halfway. Smooth the surface with a spoon if necessary.
- Add the Second Jello Layer: Repeat the Jello preparation with the second package: dissolve in boiling water and add cold water. Let it cool slightly, then carefully pour it over the pudding layer until cups are about three-quarters full. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes to set.
- Top with Whipped Cream: Once all layers have set, add a generous dollop of whipped cream on top of each cup.
- Garnish & Serve: Decorate each cup with fresh raspberries and optionally a mint leaf for color and flavor. Serve chilled and enjoy!
