Instructions

  2. Mix Additional Flavors: Add the chopped roasted red pepper, dried oregano, chili flakes (if using), and freshly ground black pepper to the blended base. Pulse the food processor 2–3 times to incorporate these ingredients without completely pureeing—retain some chunks for texture.
  3. Serve and Chill: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl or jar. Drizzle olive oil over the top and garnish with two whole green olives. Place the dip in the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
