- Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Slice the cucumber and red onion finely. Dice or shred the cooked chicken breast, and mince the garlic clove.
- Combine Salad Components: In a 750ml bowl, add cucumber, red onion, chicken, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add Lemon Zest (Optional): For extra brightness and flavor, sprinkle in some lemon zest if desired.
- Mix Thoroughly: Cover the bowl and shake vigorously or mix with a spoon until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
