- 4 ½ tablespoons cranberry sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with a silicone mat to prepare for baking.
- Prepare the puff pastry: Unroll one sheet of the thawed puff pastry onto a clean work surface. Drizzle honey over it, then place the other puff pastry sheet on top and gently press down to combine the layers.

- Bake the pastry rounds: Bake the puff pastry rounds in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until they are golden and puffed up.
- Add the brie: Place one chunk of brie cheese on top of each puff pastry round, then return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the brie has melted.
- Add toppings and serve: Remove from oven and top each bite with ½ tablespoon cranberry sauce, crumbled bacon, chopped salted pistachios, and a drizzle of honey. Serve immediately and enjoy!
