Ingredients
- 16 ounces Frozen Corn Kernels
- 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, sliced
- Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
- Handful Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare Corn: Place the frozen corn kernels into an oven-safe pan, such as a metal cake pan. Evenly distribute the sliced unsalted butter on top. Season with salt and black pepper to your liking.
- Air Fry Corn: Set your air fryer to 400ºF (204ºC). Place the pan with the corn inside the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir and Continue Cooking: After the initial 5 minutes, stir the corn to redistribute the butter and seasoning. Return the pan to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes at 400ºF.
- Add Parsley and Serve: Remove the corn from the air fryer. Stir in the freshly chopped parsley to add color and freshness. Serve immediately while hot.
Notes
- You can adjust the amount of butter based on preference and dietary needs.
- Use fresh frozen corn for the best texture and flavor.
- If you don’t have an oven-safe pan, use an air fryer-safe dish or basket and adjust accordingly.
- Parsley can be substituted with other fresh herbs like chives or cilantro for a different flavor profile.
- Stirring halfway through ensures even melting of butter and prevents uneven cooking.
